Policies of Ford are excellent, very great company, Bonus factor is very good, due to some team managers behaviour Ford is getting bad name. Apart from few teams rest is very good.Ford policies shows how they takecare of their employees but they are seriously un aware of few teams.

Dislikes

Felt some sort of bureaucracy, Micro management, month end closing need to stretch long, no work life balance, no understanding between team members, No proper training provided. Managers and TL's treat you like a useless. Woman are not understood properly they are also expected to stretch where no worklife balance during close time . Always been discouraged by senior management, donot join this team.

Likes

Amazing work culture. No work pressure at all. Good opportunities to learn and upskill. Amazing office infrastructure. No dirty politics or bias based on colour or anything. A lot of personal well-being-related awareness is there. They also provide free online doctor checkups, counsellors, dietitians etc.

Dislikes

Very less pay compared to industry. No real perks or benefits, they don't provide any goodies, WFH setup or internet. Just basic stuff like medical insurance, etc etc. Very low north Indian people.

Ford is best company in Automobile industries and Latest Technology.High quality products sell and has global customers. I like company culture and work -life balance.work environment another one plus point.we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is Good, but career Growth then opportunities is very slow.I do receive appreciation from my work ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my Mid-year appraisals.

It is 7 years Journey. I am very happy with Team members. Work life balance is very good, but based on Team. Tech stack is very good.

Dislikes

The only thing really dont like yearly hike and variable pay. Low grade people dont get much. If you come here with good package then you settle down

...rom Home options i hear through movie only . Now i am doing . Its like a dream . Unexpected salary and environment. I am fully surprised with the culture and environment . Over all is awasome
