There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...guards have more respect than other employees. worst reimbursement policy of TA. initial salary is good but dont expect a hike year on year basis.

... There is no yearly increment in each year, if done but percentage is very less. I've many seniors colleagues who are working over 8-10 years there salary between 25-35k only. No of them get promoted to supervisor. They r doing same work and treated same as with trainees. I am in Force Motors chakan plant where Mercedes Benz engine and axle assembled, they r doing so much wrong processes even to achieve more production they are supplying many damage products hidden in engine .if some plastic part get damaged they using FEVIQUICK and fixed it with engine and send to Mercedes Benz. I request all production field candidates plz don't waste your carrer.

Only good thing is that all employees leave company at 5 pm .

Dislikes

Variable pay is not paid .its just to attract outsiders . Increment happens once in 3 -4 years. Anytime shutdown can be planned and your leaves will be deducted or else you will be leave without pay. On average 7 days leave without pay in a month. Anytime notice will be displayed that this month onwards there will be 15 or 20% salary will be deducted.
