At the time joining they said you are in permanent employee in Foray but in after completing of project in client end bench time they didn't pay salary and also job unsecure

Even though it is a payroll company they gives the salary on the 30th , I like this thing only

There is no job security at all. With this pay roll that I worked in tcs with, they said the day before that tomorrow is your last working day.

There will be a lot of learnings in terms of technology. You can learn a lot of technology depending on the client. The client was Wayfair for me.

Don't at all trust the company. Initially they gave a salary of amount 40 LPA for me. But they said after 11 months that they are doing cost cutting and reduced the salary of everyone to 30%. You cannot trust the company at all. But they are still hiring people. They changed the notice period too just before one month of this scam. You would get a salary decrement if you work hard for the company. They did this stunt saying market is tight. Yes it is. But why are they hiring others and lowering current people position and salary? A lot of false promises. They didn't even give people the incentives that they said in offer letter. Other than this they follow a lot of Unethical practices. NO JOB SECURITY. You might be let go any moment and not because of your performance.

When you hired for foray, they will add so many things to the on-hand salary, you will receive very low than they mentioned
