...nth. Now, extended to 5th of each month. Sometimes they forgot to send that too. You have to inform them if salary not credited. Its my suggestion and based on my experience that never join this company.

...e, we need to give interview for new client irrespective of our working profile. If we not get the project then immediately terminate without giving salary.

Least concerned about your work. No appraisals. No hike. Would not allow to take leaves even though you have planned and Will deduct salary even if you apply leaves (leaves credited are only for showcase). No HR will help you in any of your queries. Client can anytime remove you and then foray software will not pay you salary also. Salary not credited on time. Connecting to HR is a mess. No one will pick your call or reply to emails. They will not work on assigning other projects and put you hanging. After few months, they will send you relieving letter with backdated end date ( when your contract finished with client ). HR system worse than worst.

There will be a lot of learnings in terms of technology. You can learn a lot of technology depending on the client. The client was Wayfair for me.

Don't at all trust the company. Initially they gave a salary of amount 40 LPA for me. But they said after 11 months that they are doing cost cutting and reduced the salary of everyone to 30%. You cannot trust the company at all. But they are still hiring people. They changed the notice period too just before one month of this scam. You would get a salary decrement if you work hard for the company. They did this stunt saying market is tight. Yes it is. But why are they hiring others and lowering current people position and salary? A lot of false promises. They didn't even give people the incentives that they said in offer letter. Other than this they follow a lot of Unethical practices. NO JOB SECURITY. You might be let go any moment and not because of your performance.

I only like one think that they are providing jobs in your dream company which you couldn't join directly

...you will work in this company.they can terminate you anytime without any notice. They are not providing salary for bench period.
