Being a govt. organisation staff members are still on contractual basis and with no pay scale. Compensation is good but now the growth is slow.

Late salary, No job security, Misbehavior to employees from Management. Use of abusing language to employee. Only contract job for 20-30 years. 80% employees are left this organization in last 6 months. Bad HR policies.

...pt. of FDDI, some good some bad. After devoting my valuable 6 years to this org. I am still getting handful of salary. They have so much good opportunities in the pipeline but they really do not know how to utilize those. They are heading VISION-LESS (long term goals) ! NO GROWTH HERE NO INCREMENT NO INCENTIVES NO WORK RECOGNITION NO APPRECIATION. So join at your own risk !

We worked as a team.lady staff was benifited over men.salary was less.traveling was good.products were standard quality.work life balance was excellent.i loved to work there.sincerity has a great value there.

No job security, no policy for anything , extremely worse working culture, week infra, no transparency, no appraisal, no salary hikes no bonus.

Highly corrupt organisation low grade teaching faculty some are even not eligible to teach but teaching UG and PG. Actually they are playing with the future of students.
