I like children, that's why I work in footprint.

1. Teacher salary is very low here but it starts from 17k and there is a lot of paper work, I don't think it is necessary, will you teach the children or take care of the children, will you do the work .

...time.... After giving a proper resignation letter i worked there for 2 months... My salary was not given on time because of my resignation at last i spoke to HR head of footprints she helped me in getting my salary.

Asked to leave as company do not have money to pay...worst management ever seen

Not a place to work. They will ask to work yet will no pay your salary. They are the biggest culprit I encountered in my working career. Duped of the hard earned money.

Likes

Footprint is a excellent retail footwear store. The staff is very cooperative, excellent ambience, but frankly speaking pay is not that good. I am working for about 10 hours a day, which is really stressful. Career growth has limited scope as the company is not that big as mnc of course.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is the most challenging. Purchasing materials is another task which is most difficult. The dead stock or slow moving items has to be sold earliest was the most difficult task.

Good team work , training done , best security and transparency, had to travel ,good salary, excellent environment,but worst work life balance , one cannot give time to family even not even take care of small baby because of business.

Dislikes

Work life balance , cannot give time to family , had devote full time 24×7 to footprints, rights not told , and doesn't listen n care of head , on one claim head is changed ,inspite the claim is false
