No middle man culture. Finally, if you are hard working and dedicated to your work, you will grow faster than a bamboo tree.

... to the management there is a high possibility of you getting lost in the crowd. Appraisals and salary could be better when compared to other companies (you will get a very decent pay but it could be even better).

They ask to give review about the company while you are having orientation/initial training Micromanaging Not flexible environment Company doesn't provide proper work desktops and other equipments, all are outdated No environment to improve your skills Teams are not properly organized If joining customer service, it has to be on your own risk

Pressure-free environment. Lets me learn new technology which allows me to let myself into new technologies. Getting many things done at work and maintaining a work-life balance.

Foodhub is products based company and there is vast opportunity of growth considering the expansion the company is aiming however nothing last due to manager recruited from call centers who have no idea how products based company works

Micro management at its peak, company higher management lacks basic understanding on how a product based companies work, treat employees like mear feces and he are the worst when siding with managers. Employees are throughout like sack of potatoes. The company used to be good but the recent hired managers have turned the company into living hell
