They won't give you the performance Bonus mentioned in the CTC and they also won't give anyone the appraisal and increment.

There wasn't any uniform rules and regulations in the organisation, it will differ based on the time and person, mostly surrounded by political vibes. Typical Indian gossiping Organization. They won't give Apparaisal properly and will postpone such things regularly and they also don't provide you the performance Bonus mentioned in your CTC offer even for once
