Place feel like a hell for work, within few days or weeks of joining, you'll realize you're stuck in mud and toxic environment with no way out, It's Lala company even Lala's and Baniya's are more respectable them. Company culture is incredibly toxic, fill with unprofessional individuals, GM's are more focused to secure their position and ready to screwup team mats happiness. there are a complete lack of ethics and no way for employee regards. Don't get trap in HR sugar quoted words and his fake smile, they will not reveal harsh policies that's trap you. you will be stuck in non-negotiable 3 months notice period and forced to submit security cheque for you gross salary, essentially locking you into a hidden bond system. 0% Job security even leaders don't know when Malkin and Malik will fire them. hiring is going on 365 days in here. The company is run by "" Malkin and Malik"" culture, where their unrealistic expectations are placed to employees, the leaders are indecisive, often confused about their directions and easily influenced by sycophantic leaders who divert attentions and priorities

The most important thing which I don’t like is the culture of firing people. That means you are hiring someone who has already settled in some company and bringing them in FONTY and then fire
