...,employees will know the company with in two months and then he have no option. If you want to leave the company they will impose return three months salary to company. Just initially can feel you are in good company but within two to three months will realise.

Title: Toxic Work Culture with No Work-Life Balance Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review: My experience with Fonty SCS has been extremely disappointing. The company culture is toxic, with managers acting more like the owner’s puppets rather than independent leaders. There is absolutely no work-life balance, and employees are exploited to their limits, extracting ten times more work than what is justified by the salary. The HR department is powerless and only functions to shift blame onto employees, even for issues that are clearly their fault. There are no appraisals or proper recognition for hard work, which demotivates employees. Additionally, job security is non-existent. The environment is so suffocating that it’s nearly impossible to continue for an extended period. I strongly recommend reconsidering before joining this company.
