Likes

I like FMSCO because they threat employees as people. Have free accommodation including meals and cars for the staffs.

Dislikes

FMSCO in early era on second to fourth year is good but now this company is getting worse because employees doesn't received salary on time and some are three to four month not getting paid specially the staffs.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
