Lot of politics and favouritism within the organisation between the management and some particular employees. The rest of the employees are made to felt useless and not worthy even though they work hard sacrificing there personal time.

I like the shift timings and work culture which I am happy

I thank company but the people who are working as Team lead they are too intelligent and supportive to their colleagues who close to them like caste feelings.. I working since with this company from past 2years but unfortunately the politics which is being badly happens is most dislike 👎

Worst company I ever worked, All Ego ladies are the TL's, they will give you Torchuer, Management is God, but TLs will not conveys your work, We have to go to break with they otherwise they will targeting us, you have to be with her only if you have good friendship with other teams members. You gone...

Not preferable. Unless the company change the Old ladies as the TLs, they don't know MNC Culture. They are working from 1947 in this company, so you can understand, they are not the employees. They think this is their fathers company.....

We were given WFH during the lockdown. But now we're being forced to attend the office and we're given no choice but to leave the organisation failing to do so.

The working environment. We don't have free work environment here. And we've to work for more hours
