1)they Don't care about treatment, all they care about is reveue.If a patient has been assigned an hour no matter the case, they would stand on your head to tell you to finish the patient work fast. 2) .Their HR, Rohini just calls you at smallest of things and behaves as if they are the owner. The owner itself hides behind her to convey their thoughts. 3)patients not even eligible for implants are convinced for implants and eventually the treatment fail. 4) they think their employees are nothing. Also their work schedule is very strict. No work life balance.

A lot of travel is required!! What I didn't like about FMS was that even though I being from outside the state, I was misguided with wrong information before joining and when I claimed so to compensate something's with me, but the HR department did not consider and I had to face a huge loss for myself.

Likes

No job security. Preferance given to old people who zero knowledge regarding patient handling. Only thing which is most important in FMS old employee "ego". New recruited doctors should keep buttering them then only they can stay. Worst clinic head is Pallavi Sharma.

Only thing which is most important in FMS if retaining old employed doctor, even though they work like quakes. Pallavi Sharma the most famous women who can't stand any other female doctor working in Suchitra branch. According to Pallavi Sharma she is excellent in all branches just problem is she is not allowed to do them. She can sit and comment on other doctor's work. Toxic place it is.
