No job security. Preferance given to old people who zero knowledge regarding patient handling. Only thing which is most important in FMS old employee "ego". New recruited doctors should keep buttering them then only they can stay. Worst clinic head is Pallavi Sharma.

Pallavi Sharma the most famous women who can't stand any other female doctor working in Suchitra branch.
