The management is disorganized, and there’s a complete lack of clear communication. Expectations are unrealistic, with little to no support for employees to succeed. The work culture is toxic—unhealthy competition, micromanagement, and poor work-life balance are rampant. Instead of valuing employees' contributions, the leadership seems indifferent and unresponsive to concerns. There are no opportunities for growth or learning, and recognition for hard work is non-existent. The turnover rate speaks for itself—most employees don’t stick around long. If you value your mental health, career growth, and work satisfaction, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This is not a place where you'll thrive or be appreciated.
