Do not join this company – a cautionary tale I had an incredibly disappointing experience working here. From the start, it became clear that the company's promises during recruitment were empty. The management is disorganized, and there’s a complete lack of clear communication. Expectations are unrealistic, with little to no supportfor employees to succeed. The work culture is toxic—unhealthy competition, micromanagement, and poor work-life balance are rampant. Instead of valuing employees' contributions, the leadership seems indifferent and unresponsive to concerns. There are no opportunities for growth or learning, and recognition for hard work is non-existent. The turnover rate speaks for itself—most employees don’t stick around long.
