Do not join this company – a cautionary tale I had an incredibly disappointing experience working here. From the start, it became clear that the company's promises during recruitment were empty. The management is disorganized, and there’s a complete lack of clear communication. Expectations are unrealistic, with little to no supportfor employees to succeed. The work culture is toxic—unhealthy competition, micromanagement, and poor work-life balance are rampant. Instead of valuing employees' contributions, the leadership seems indifferent and unresponsive to concerns.
