Nothing to like.There are bunch of FOOLS/Corrupt/unprofessional/inexperienced people who mislead and making fool to owner all the time.

Poor and Fool Mgmt,One way communication, pathetic behaviour with Employee,delay and un-necessery cut in salary and expenses, No HR, No Medical Policy,poor salary structure.Mgmnt is full of Igo.

Ginte jao...start counting 1.Salary nahi aati time par 2.Pankaj sadana National head ,1 number ka corrupt boss,,,,RSM se paise leta hai ..RSM Saare uske lagaye hue. Bechaare DR Balbir singh Tomar sahab(y company owner hain) jo bahut hi seedhe saade insan hai ,unko ye Pankaj Sadana aur RSM loot rahe hai,..Pankaj sadana HEART AATACK KA NATAK KARTA HAI JAB KAAM KA PRESSURE AATA HAI.hahaahah 3.ASM,TSM jo kaam karte hain unka target badakar unse hi apna kaam nikalte hain ye RSM.. 4.offer letter me jo bonus ki baat mention hai,,wo ek khwab hai. 5.petrol claim 3 mahine baad aayega. 6.naukri rato rat chali jayegi...koi phone nahi aayega sirf mail aayega....

Not good for Growth, no job security, work culture not good , no policy, staff good for helpfull,salary structure very very very bad .

There is no management in company. No salary pay on timely . Not pay the vendors payment, no rule regulations.

1. Freedom to Work at Your Own. No Disturbance on daily Basis. 2. Scheme Settlement TAT is Best in Industry. 3. Product Quality is Better than Rest Competitor.

Dislikes

1. Replacement of Manpower is a Challenge. Its has to be in Time Else Mkt Become Negative. 2. Availability of Routine Products is a Concern. 3. Proper Communication has to be in Between Mgmt & Channel Partners. 4. Last But Not Least- There is Gap in Between Mgmt and Front Line whether Its Tgt Setting or Anything. Not Everything is to be spread to All as Simple formula Bases. There are Different Mkt Challenge for Different terr.

It's a good learning experience as will get opportunity to work in multiple sections of the business.And get the opportunity to work in all the department

Work life balance is POORVA Laala culture, new business opportunities are very less, work satisfaction is poor
