No professionalism 😅😂 and entertainment elements in office....!!!

Dislikes

Everything including Salary structure, fake promises, training process is zero, environment inside, no facilities, AC issue, system issue, management holds documents with no reason, holding and deducting salary with meaningless reason and many more things.... Being honest they can do much much and much more better and can earn good respect because some of the members are really giving their efforts in growth but due to some reasons employees are being unhappy.... And in an organisation Employees are backbone. Forcefully work is far different from willing to work. Please do focus on that....

This company is undoubtedly one of the worst places to work as an employee. There are no redeeming qualities to be found here. What's more, it's apparent that the company is resorting to self-promotion by commenting on its own posts to improve its tarnished reputation. I urge everyone to steer clear of this organization and seek an employer that genuinely values its employees and maintains transparency in its actions.

I strongly advise against considering this company as an employer. The work culture here is deeply troubling, with a disheartening practice of cutting off 60-70 percent of employees under the guise of performance. This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect.
