For someone's credit they are getting ready to force employees to come to office. As of now we are allowed to work from home

Its worst organisation. They dont have intention to pay salaries, epf too. Work culture is worst. They dont mind your personal life. Even many higher officials also are UNSKILLED, but pose like super skilled. As they are unskilled they act as brokers behalf f management. They force employees taking theirs weakness as advantage. Really very bad.

Good for freshers if you are flexible to work 24*7 and for low salary.

Dislikes

There is no growth and you cannot upgrade your skill set. Product based company with non skillful technical and solutioning team. You have to work 24*7. The worst and worst part is management and HR team.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
