For someone's credit they are getting ready to force employees to come to office. As of now we are allowed to work from home

Its worst organisation. They dont have intention to pay salaries, epf too. Work culture is worst. They dont mind your personal life. Even many higher officials also are UNSKILLED, but pose like super skilled. As they are unskilled they act as brokers behalf f management. They force employees taking theirs weakness as advantage. Really very bad.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...acquisition team is the worst. There doesn't even pay the as industry standards. There manipulate with words about salary and work.

I have worked around 2 years. i. You will not get salary on time(delay one or two or three months). ii. No proper hikes (if u expect 200rs to 3000rs per year max for 50% of employees for remaining 50% leads ,mangers, and all other heads they get more percentage min 30%). iii. HR team is very bad don't expect anything from Hr's on right time. iv. Politics. v. No employee benefits even PF will not credit.

It's good for quick learning and we can take decissions of our own at sometimes and no pressure at weekends.

Dislikes

I'm really scary about Salary. I started my career here. I'm still waiting for a good salary on time since 9 years.
