...ared to the group companies at other countries, india based is not good to work. Just for sake of high salary don't end your life here. I strongly recommend to work in an Indian based company or true MNC unlike this converted MNC.

...t you might get irritated sometimes. Promotions will take longer than you think. Even if you get promoted you can't expect much change in your salary.

The company is open to innovation & adopts latest technologies. I am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base and i feel proud of that. I get to travel abroad, especially to the Europe & US. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is great but the rate of growth is slow. Work pressure is average. Weekends are holidays, but daily hours could range from 9 to 12 hours which is ok. I do receive appreciation emails from my manager and client. There is no on-job training for freshers. Senior folks or managers train freshers while assigning jobs and that is a pain sometimes.

based on consultancy company for freshers. low salary at starting. No any other accommodation, except food is good. only experience persons and permanently experience persons can be all flexible rules....

...fety first as policy. - People friendly, understanding/ supportive Management - Good compensation for the deserving - Company invested in most of the available Latest, cutting-edge technologies where-in learning scope is High. - Job Security, learn and work with multiple technologies. No restrictions on scope of work. - Awards, Recognitions, Goodies, recreation activities are done for corporate employees time-to-time - Free Food, relaxing snack, coffee/tea.. Not a Penny-pinching organization when it comes to employee welfare.

Long working hours - its in our hand to manage work-life balance. Corporate office is located out of Chennai city, IT corridor which might be distant for daily commute. Employee self-service portals are cumbersome currently. Hope to upgrade to user-friendly websites.
