No restrictions on scope of work. - Awards, Recognitions, Goodies, recreation activities are done for corporate employees time-to-time - Free Food, relaxing snack, coffee/tea.. Not a Penny-pinching organization when it comes to employee welfare.

Long working hours - its in our hand to manage work-life balance. Corporate office is located out of Chennai city, IT corridor which might be distant for daily commute. Employee self-service portals are cumbersome currently. Hope to upgrade to user-friendly websites.

Slow career growth, no relocation, low compensation, unfavorable Work Life Balance. Treats Indians like mindless robots.

The company's salary and increment system is better than any other valve company in india.

...ared to the group companies at other countries, india based is not good to work. Just for sake of high salary don't end your life here. I strongly recommend to work in an Indian based company or true MNC unlike this converted MNC.
