Lot of politics in Midlevel management (Manager/Director level), Partiality.

Nothing. There is no pay hike or opportunities to climb up the ladder. Management is narrow minded and has little respect for workers and their work.

1. Lack of acceptance of changes or innovation 2. Management stealing worker ideas to project as their own 3. No recognition to the worker 4. Very poor scope of professional improvement 5. Huge office politics with HR and management indirectly fighting against workers

The company's salary and increment system is better than any other valve company in india.

...ared to the group companies at other countries, india based is not good to work. Just for sake of high salary don't end your life here. I strongly recommend to work in an Indian based company or true MNC unlike this converted MNC.
