Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Nothing is good in Fliplearn Company, Mangers and CEO are fools and they all are loosers and the comany has no process, hire and fire company, they are still struggling since 2014. Ha ha ha...

Dislikes

Nothing is good In this company, no process, no discipline, no appraisal process, its like laala ki dukaan, they hire person on money power then after few months they fire on own dicision, never recommend to any one to join this loosers company, waste of time company.

Nothing is there to like. Poor tech stack. Dumb manager. Dumb Qa manager was made technology head. Company will adopt only old technologies..

Dislikes

Disgusting snacks.. bad culture.. dumb manager and hier developers just to show ceo that there is work going on.. those who prefer good tech stach and development. Kindly ignore them. They update false reviews on glassdoor..
