Work culture is excellent. You feel very empowered to take decisions without managers forcing anything for you. Customer centric values are maintained high and is visible in all projects. Work life balance is also great and there is no sense of false urgencies

Job security is close to government jobs, no late night meetings, handsome salary, You will feel relaxed in 90% of the other companies after leaving

Poor management, senseless work for weekends just to keep you busy, from manager to director level frustration keeps on passing, no late night meetings but managers make sure to pile up you with the work so that you don't sleep before 1-2. Extreme level blame work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
