1. Work Life Balance = 0 2. Growth 0 3. Work Culture is like Hitler times, Manager have all authorities (man oriented organtion instead of process) 4. HR have only authority for paper works instructed by Manager ( if you complain that will only go negative as HR will inform to manager & he will start you transfering to make you decide to leave job) 5. Work load: apart from mopp & broom you have to do everything 6. Appraisal: Depends upon how much Liquor you benefited to your boss. 7. Trust Among Teams: 0 8. Job Satisfaction: 0 9. Career Growth: 0, they will hire for vacant position from outside instead of promoting existing employee. 10. Increment: decreasing year to year like increasing price of petrol every year. Last increment 6.5% for Meet expectation ratings, 11. Ratings: they will tell its depends on performance but in actual depends on how much your manager is satisfied with liquor of other benefits. Ratings are for selective people only. 12. Skill development: 0 13. Compensation & benefits: they will show all amount in you CTC but when you calculate in real its very less: Insurance, performance bonus also added in CTC but if you swith to other company they will give you increment only on gross salary. 14. Boss at flipkart have all power for promo demotion PIP everything, if boss is wrong but your complaint to HR will never work instead your complaint will work as weapon for manager to terminate or transfer or harras you & HR is just like Mantri for Raja who always works for Raja either he is right or wrong. 15. Learning: best company for learning for positive negatives & specially politics within company. 16. Growth: 0, they will get work done by you by false promotion & growth promises but growth in Flipkart is not on work done by you instead benefits to boss by you. 17. Job Security: Yes till you are important for your boss but termination is not easy for boss so its Ok in this company. 18. Insurance: only if you get admitted till discharge no OPD charges.

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.

a lack of work-life balance due to long hours and high pressure, frequent organizational changes, limited growth opportunities in certain roles, a sometimes disorganized work culture, heavy workload, concerns regarding pay and benefits compared to market standards, and uneven treatment between direct hires and third-party payroll employees; with many citing issues regarding management and team dynamics as well.

Flipkart has made very good company policies and diff level checks but still following things are most prevalent at ground level:- 1) Office Politics 2) Competition rather than collaboration between colleagues and it becomes worst during both Appraisal cycles. 3) Every thing is in Managers hand, he can either make or break you career. Biased treatments/ Favouritism

Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . This is very sad to hear, you are devoting your years and experience to a company which we used to think it's good , but inside no one is happy .
