Very poor management... Even at mid night 12pm.. mangers will message on group is there any sale or not... Tooo much micro management.. you can't go for loo...or lunch.. But, if you leave the company.... And applied in new company the HR of flinto will give very bad feedback to you future company about you... So peace of advice .. if you join this company.. don't show your experience of flinto... TO YOU FUTUR COMPANY.. I personally experience that...

... with total politics & lobby . They wd sugar coat words so dat u dont feel bad . Apart from Salary nothing much to like .

They wd provide mental imbalance to make u crazy and suck blood out of u like a Parasite . Work on Sundays if Weekly targets not achieved .

Certain of them are very cunning they won't make others grow they are very partial to some of them if they dont like a person they will make them feel they are useless.

Job satisfaction 200% and they welcome new innovative solutions from any level of the employees and implement the same or atleast make a trail.

Job security 0% Instead of providing appraisal switching to new employees

I didn’t find anything good working with this organisation.company policies are totally against employees. Salary gets deducted against single leave.Not at all employee friendly where one can plan to work for longer. Very less experienced people are on higher positions like AVP etc who are not bothered to support. No value system.

Nothing is there to like about. Company treats employees like machines working for them.
