They hire freshers for their work in low salary and doesn't gave opportunities to improve your skills and there is no one for teaching. You have to do every reasearch yourself.

In hand salary 11700 for freshers . I don't know why they providing pf atleast give full salary in hand how employees survive in such low amount

...gement is very supportive and each work is done in a very well organized manner. They provide good salary and salary increment is also very good for deserving employees. HR and other staff is very polite and professional. If somebody wants to see what professionalism is and what it is like to be a professional, I would recommend this company to them. Great working experience with Flexsin.

Flexsin has poor management, unrealistic expectations, and no work-life balance. The toxic work culture, lack of career growth, and high turnover make it an unhealthy place for employees. Not recommended.

You will work with many international clients.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work, often requiring more than 9 hours per day. Besides the workload, they expect you to stay at your desk all the time. If you're not at your seat, they will email you. The HR department is the worst - they are not there to foster a positive work culture but to track your every move. Once you're hired, you will be monitored everywhere, whether you're outside or event just going upstairs.

The freedom we get , because no one knows anything there, senior pretends that they know everything while they ask ne commers about everything and tell the clients what you tell them

Every one here pretends to be senior while knowing nothing, job security is zero, they work on project base that can end in week month so no job security
