They hire freshers for their work in low salary and doesn't gave opportunities to improve your skills and there is no one for teaching. You have to do every reasearch yourself.

In hand salary 11700 for freshers . I don't know why they providing pf atleast give full salary in hand how employees survive in such low amount

...gement is very supportive and each work is done in a very well organized manner. They provide good salary and salary increment is also very good for deserving employees. HR and other staff is very polite and professional. If somebody wants to see what professionalism is and what it is like to be a professional, I would recommend this company to them. Great working experience with Flexsin.

Senior Manager Chiranjit Paul is extremely frustrating and lacks proper team management skills. He is solely focused on monetary matters and doesn't prioritize tools or resources that could benefit the team. If you ask for help, he pretends to be supportive, but later engages in backbiting. His words cannot be trusted. Additionally, issues like time tracking—whether with Time Doctor or the Upwork tracker—will leave you stressed. You cannot directly approach anyone else, as they insist on communicating through teams like Chiranjit. His ego is immense, and he perceives team activities as unnecessary. If Chiranjit were to leave Flexsin, the company would significantly improve. A good manager would foster a strong team and ensure projects are handled more efficiently.

It is very toxic environment there at Flexsin. Even though working hours are 9:30 to 7, management expects you to stay longer.

Flexsin has poor management, unrealistic expectations, and no work-life balance. The toxic work culture, lack of career growth, and high turnover make it an unhealthy place for employees. Not recommended.
