Two months salary delay which includes delayed incentive, Poor salary structure and delivery. Bad HR services- Ineffective & unsupportive Doesn't appreciate talent, Promote them with no salary hike.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and ground. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am a part of Production team, good quality of dripper products. Mainly two types dripper manufacture in my plant Round and Flat. Both types dripper demands in India as well as foreign like Germany, Canada, South Africa etc.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is average. Managers dont value an individuals.increment not good.

Management is very supportive if we don't talk about Salary and appraisal. Lot of Verity of work there so good place to work and chance to gain experience with different varieties. I left the company 4 months ago but salary is still pending

Dislikes

Salary 4 months delay, appraisal once in five years, there is no bonus, staff welfare, mediclaim and any motivational activity.
