Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst company in the world. Doesn't pays salary on time. Didn't pay my 3 month salary; done the same for almost all the working employees Unprofessional behaviour of the director. Force to sit extra hrs and no pay for the same. Everyday they change the rules of the company which they themself don't follow. Not a good company to work at all.
