flexibees has given freedom to do wfh at your own convenient time which was super flexible for me as I could manage my personal work as well as work life.

Dislikes

It started well with successful completion of a couple of projects. However, one project turned challenging due to false allegations and inappropriate behaviour from the client, leading me to leave. unfortunately, this incident seemingly affected my prospects for new projects, potentially due to misperceptions about my performance. Despite earlier successful projects, the lack of flexibility from recruiters and their alignment with the clients viewpoint felt unfair. I believe I deserved a chance to showcase my capabilities.
