...biance is very good. You will really feel excited working in bright environment. Quarterly bonus depends on company performance as is good most of the times. work life balance is very good in IT. There is no tight deadlines.Just 6-7 hours of work per day

When they do layoff, they take just the managers opinion. Some people there are very judgemental mainly few tamil managers.

Learning opportunities are good and we can gain knowledge at Flex.

There will be work pressure during Month end close. Need to survive with the office politics. No proper guidance but we can cope with that situation. No promotions for longer years. Average promotion period is 4 to 6 years.

Wrost company and pankaj named manager is very bad.he dont give any appreciation and also is very discriminative type person who only supports boys not girls

All aged lazy/crazy senior management guys who are fixing to the same Job for a very long time with out advance thoughts & strategic execution, completely spoiling & not allowing the company to grow in a right direction.

Flex is one of the manufacturing company employees like friends and teaching very well for new starters and then all facilities are there in flex

5 or 6 months once production stop and HR telling some employees staying house if any production running status is high means I will call you similarly continue this processing
