They don't support or allow you to take loss of pay even when your family is in critical condition need to resign the job to support family. They hired Cisco cirtification engineer to support jabber WebEx sx10 sx20 video conference system but need to work with Microsoft email department no access to networking department. This was very difficult me to explain my manager if I need to do troubleshoot on jabber we should have CUCM access. Few cannot be changed in flex they don't adopt new challenges because manager follow old tradition....

Flex always demonstrates a very good culture.. learning will always be there.

Recently there were no much hike in Salary and Promotions also become far from reachable. Even though hybrid work model now a days they are very much strict and making everyone to come to office for atleast 10 days

... it is will be nightmare for you and if you are SOP guy then it is best for you. Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. And if you are trying to leave then they smash you with 3 months notice even if you are on bench and try to rot you to satisfy ego. I work here for last 3 years and they didn't give any hike or promotion except you licking there shoes. Please don't join this company now this senior management basterds are here for 10 years more and they are not going until thie retirement and this basterds also don't have any technical IT skills. Thanks to god for bringing me out of this hell.
