... fresher. After a year or year and a half you learning curve will get saturated. Even compensation is not upto market level.

Everything about them is good. They give us so much space to explore the work. The team leader is good.

I think the pay here is a little less compared to other companies. But still a small scale company what they provide is good pay.

No job security, very less salary , No one will guide have to learn on your own ,

There is no job security , Unpaid internship , Very less salary , Have to work for long hours , Saturday working day, Fake promises by management , No respect for interns and mobiles are not allowed for interns , should be at offices at morning sharp 9:30am and have to leave late from tha office

The culture and working module for new bies can be improved. Improper response at times can be irritating. Other than to those two mentioned I didn't have any issues till the time I was working there. It's really a wonderful opportunities for freshers to sharpen their skills
