Salary date is to late No proper leaves No work from home Night shift alavences is not there For every employee starting 15k is not Good No team outings with proper facilities Employee with or without work both are getting same salary Employee with 8 hours work also getting less salary like who have no work Incentives are not been added quickly after getting 1 yr appraisal No proper snacks and tea is worst tham ever seen

Salary is not good. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Suddenly they remove staff, without any intimation also. They told like after 1 year there is appraisal, but they won't give even incentives also.

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive. They give good salary and appraisals.

There is small cafeteria. Bonus and hike are not fair. There is bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

I dont know about other process especially in PPR process the team leader and team co ordinators played partiallity in every suitation.they showed favourtism to some people those who are closed to them ,which made me to felt bad ,this is the reason i left my job in flatworld company.I have some many complaints but i dont want discuss because i am former employee in that office.I have trust in god that we left something he will give better than that .During appraisals and promotions are given only those who are closed to them.
