Good Gear manufacturing company in Pune. Although some HR policies and HR behaviour is not likely good but can be improved by proper management.

HR policies like Retention bonus that you have to return to company while leaving company is not good and HR interaction with employees is not good enough.

Because after 2 - 3 years they take their employees on pay roll

Yes, because in this company there is more politics in management & senior persons like GM, AGM & managers too, they always try to through out them who works sincerely in company. And they through out them only who will not support them in their political teams.

There are good opportunities for advertise your skill, earn a technical skills during working on machines,Developing & introducing policies, safety protocol,all seniors are humble during share his experience or technical knowledge about machines.

After completing my degree i got job in Flash Vivien machining Techonology pt. ltd, pane. i was happy but when i visited in company that environment was terrible .No one was talking gently they was like nonsense people. Work environment was not preferable for human .In short i would like to say that was my worst experience every to working with that people(Marathi)

...ected and me too. shift changes every week that is not appropriate in my sense. and main things is that salary was not good as work hrs. that's all

New employees join 1st training and next other work start , 5s , environment best but HR policy Bad , HR policy not good, hr khud apani policy banata he or khuch bhi strike karta hai, HR policy se nahi chalte.

Salary time to time ata tha ,Good company and best knowledge gean I am future brit this company join
