... resignations then your bad times start you will face things you can't expect. >Please transfer all funds from your salary account before resignation otherwise they will mark lien on your salary. >They will not give you single day Notice Period but if you give resignations then they will ask you to serve 60 days. >You have to available for 24x7

Employer and Employee relationship in terms of work life balance, clear understanding, one to one meeting, time management and clear understanding to employees, coordination meeting with management and within the team, satisfactory environment, cultural activities.

fivD is a fantastic place to work and I got a lot of support from leadership and plenty of opportunities to grow professionally. The leadership actually values each team member.

The one thing that like about the company is that, you are always kept in loop while working on the projects.

I would say that sometimes employee those who are not in limelight are not appreciated and appraised. Otherwise it's a good company to learn and grow.

1. Work Culture 2. Gadho ko high level positions pe baitha rkha hai jinhe khudko nhi pata kya krna h. Vo unke khud k experience se 10 15 saal k upar k logo ko supervise krte hai. 3. Your resignation is nightmare to them. Suddenly you'll be treated as outsider. They'll not do your full and final even after 6 months of leaving. 3. The HR Team is dumbest in the company. They don't know about the work flows of an AEC Industry.
