Incentive structure is poor, you get paid in peanuts, no motivation for sales person, you get very less salary comparing that with amount of work they ask you to do, You are expected to take follow ups in the morning before 8:00 even if your shift starts at 1:00, and have to take evening followups not in the working hours but after you logout, they make sure you use your personal time for follow ups evening follow up time is 9-11pm even if you're in morning shift ie: 10am to 7:00pm. No work life balance here. They make you work 12hrs a day and have only 1 holiday in a week that's also on Wednesday not on Sunday, also you can't go out with friends or family as everyone else is working. Haven't seen any of my friends its been 3 months. Pip here doesn't mean performance improvement program, it means you're inches away from getting fired. People in top hierarchy don't even know how sales are done, you only get 1 hr break in a day and managers expect you to do calling all day without breaks and if you do you have to tell them why you took 10 min break between calling, i think I don't have to get deeper into it you guys get the idea right?

Work culture is very Toxic, they want 2 sales daily if you could not achieve your daily targets they will make you sit till 10pm, and your morning starts with watsapp followup to Clients which you have to complete it between 7-8am then there will be a morning meet at around 9.30am the whole day you will have to seat infornt of the camera while keeping your Camera On always, there will be a 30mins Lunch break, with additional 15mins break that you can take anytime, calling should be done till 9pm if you achieve your daily target which they call as DRR, then again you have to send evening watsapp text to clients which they call as eveing followups between 10-11pm, then your day gets over. So would sugget you guys please dont Join the Company you will not be able to manage your personal life. Friday Saturday & Sunday No Off.

Nothing, they force you to write good reviews online for the organisation, you can see all the reviews are written on the same day or 2-3 days around it.

...d but they don't have any leadership qualities. They don't provide salary slips. They don't give the full salary on time. Incentive structure is very bad.

Learning and development Meal planning panel well designed Availability of recipes, food items so our clients never face boredom Depends on managers but my manager respected off days and work hours. Strict timing policy to complete work leading to timely completion and no hassle post work hours

Salary is too low or maybe I got tricked by hiring team Too much pressure on sales and sales target was huge for dietitians.
