...b security, they do mass layoff every year, they don’t care you are doing great. No salary hike. Managers don’t know people management. Recommend never join Fiserv.

The company is open to innovation but very slow to adopt new technologies. Some applications are too old and taken too long for the company to upgrade to modern technology. Work culture and policies are decent. Medical insurance is good and accidental death insurance is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation was very good however work pressure was high. Lots of learning opportunity if you are sincere. Managers have too much power and sometime some managers misuse that. My teammates were really good.

Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.
