No micromanagement, good work life balance however that depends upon which department you are working for. Offshore teams are better than teams working for Indian region.

Startin this year 2022 : No Bonus or No Annual Incentives for below Supervisor/Team lead Designation which ideally accounts for 80% of company staff. Hence , its unfair because these are the people to directly work and ensure superior customer service

JUST A EMPLOYER CENTRIC COMPANY

...prefers to rehire their employees which is also good. Work life balance is good. Salary paid is average and almost they pay 7-10% in annual hike, depending upon performance.

My project is good so the work is a bit satisfying but most projects are not very good .
