Wrost management full of politics by higher management, manager only focused on providing more work no hike, no respect always micro management with lot of politics, no recognition for your work. No job security, no training after joining the team only Useless KT given to adopt the team. No support form team members. No growth here.

The only thing I like about Fiserv is that I get salary on time.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance 2. There is too much micro-management which includes swipe in-out 3. There is a sapience tool which tracks our work in system 4. Overall, nothing is good here.

Work life balance. Decent compensation and hike.

Dislikes

Legacy technology in most of projects. Frequently changing management. Job security. MICRO MANAGEMENT including tracking work hours in each application tool.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts updated technologies. I am very happy that got chance to work with a team which has high quality core product and has global client base.

Dislikes

Salary, no rotational onsite and appraisal.

1-Write some best approaches towards Coding standards. 2-Projects are very good as they are very core of Banking systems. 3-Job Security is excellent. Appraisals are average could range from 6-18. 4- Learning is always there.

...ays lie between 20-25% in my team. At bigger level I Can't say and don't know. 4-Salary is below Market standard. 5-They keep on showing you that they are willing to send you onsite, but they will never send because of all Politics. 6-Work environment is not good. 7-Work-life balance is tolerable.
