Only thing which I loved in Fiserv is that they talk big but in reality they hire you at good salary that you don't ask anything.

Dislikes

Worst Management including HR, they will show you a bigger picture of objective but they won't let to you achieve it ever. They will ask you to work on Saturdays saying OT but the compensation you will get only ₹1200 irrespective of your per day payment according to your salary. Dis organised HR team, post hiring they will never listen to employees, bigger management has nothing to do with your problems, they just need their goals to be achieved. It is a lovers point every one has their own love story going on.

Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.

Salary is good, rest everything is hell. I would suggest choosing life over money. Life is more important than money.

... you solely on your knowledge of their products, ignoring your technical skills. My advice is to prioritize your mental health and professional life even if the salary is good. Do not join this company. Life is more valuable than money, and freedom is irreplaceable.

Salary is good. Appraisals are always around 10-12%. Direct managers are good.

Dislikes

The recent management changes after first data merger have changed the culture of the company. They have introduced tools like sapience which would track your daily hours on laptop. We are supposed to complete 8hrs in that tool and stay in office for complete 8 hrs. The tool tracks 8 hrs when you actually work 10-11 hrs. So basically your work life balance is gone. No work life balance now.

...are third class. Food is third class and not upto the mark which it should be. Salary benefits are good only if you keep asking your manager for more and more
