No Compensation for Extra Effort * Although hours are long, **overtime is neither compensated nor acknowledged**—no shift or weekend pay, no recognition ### 5. Poor SLA/ITIL Discipline & Support * Support clients complain of slow response times, **inefficient escalation**, and outdated systems * “Response times are sooooo slow … terrible escalation process … months or even years” ### 6. Priority Overload from Directors * Work demands come directly from directors at all hours, making it hard to adhere to SLAs or focus on planned tasks— “Director makes every work priority.” ### 7. SLA, ITIL & Process Breakdown * Internal processes often don’t align with proper ITIL frameworks; documentation is sparse and service-level agreements are frequently missed— "Not following SLA/ITIL properly." * **Poor career growth & recognition** — Promotions are rare; merit hikes are capped (\~0.7–1%) — Pay is often below market, especially in non‑fintech roles * \*\*Layoffs, unpredictability & job insecurity\*\* — Regular layoffs (Dec/Mar) with minimal notices. — Blaming missing hours or low metrics is common * **Siloed teams & lack of collaboration** — Following frequent acquisitions, teams rarely share information, fueling internal competition and siloed mindsets * **Outdated technology & infrastructure issues** — Systems are described as slow, brittle, and poorly maintained. Only thing which I loved in Fiserv is that they talk big but in reality they hire you at good salary that you don't ask anything.

Dislikes

Worst Management including HR, they will show you a bigger picture of objective but they won't let to you achieve it ever. They will ask you to work on Saturdays saying OT but the compensation you will get only ₹1200 irrespective of your per day payment according to your salary. Dis organised HR team, post hiring they will never listen to employees, bigger management has nothing to do with your problems, they just need their goals to be achieved. It is a lovers point every one has their own love story going on.
