Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.

...complete the same work. But they dont see all these they just see working hours. No promotions and salary hikes. Worst managment. They say its a product based company but actually its a service based.

...b security, they do mass layoff every year, they don’t care you are doing great. No salary hike. Managers don’t know people management. Recommend never join Fiserv.

I have observed some challenges with local management, as I feel there is room for improvement in terms of support and guidance. A more collaborative and supportive approach from the manager could greatly enhance team motivation and overall performance.

The only thing I like about Fiserv is that I get salary on time.

1. No work life balance 2. There is too much micro-management which includes swipe in-out 3. There is a sapience tool which tracks our work in system 4. Overall, nothing is good here.
