It's not so good and not so bad too as an experience. Due to pandemic Covid 19, there's so much pressure after it's getting normal situation when business started functioning slowly. Company wants to cover up hunge loss due to Covid 19.

Dislikes

The most dislike is that, you work hard whole & meet the target but you get unsatisfied salary due to attendance. In Fiserv, attendance are made in working official apps which is recorded & monitotered by HR everyday. So whether you work or not attendance should be maintain everyday. When you work whole month but sometimes forget to make attendance than your salary is cut. Which is most Dislikable thing.

I don't like anything about Fiserv only the brand is international. That's it.

One of the worse company that i ever worked for in my life. Neither the salary was good not the compensation and incentives was good. So much of work pressure.

Leave policy is good .On time salary . Decent hikes and working environments is based upon your manager.

Dislikes

No WFH, sapience to track our working hours , 9 hr Mandatory to be in office and which leads to poor working performance.Recently layofff happened so No job security aswell.

The only perk is its banking domain and you get a mnc tag in your resume. N u get timely salary that's it

Dislikes

Too much of micromanagement. U have sapience on which u need clock 8 hrs for that u need to work atleast 10-11 hrs. The technology stack is very old. U don't get to learn. The managers here are very inefficient. They expect u to b available 24 hrs. They will evn call u at odd hours almost everytime. The brand has lost its goodness. Very less employees will say this is a good company. If possible please don't join

Wrost management full of politics by higher management, manager only focused on providing more work no hike, no respect always micro management with lot of politics, no recognition for your work. No job security, no training after joining the team only Useless KT given to adopt the team. No support form team members. No growth here.
