Fiserv used to be a good org but after it's merger with Firstdata it became pathetic day by day.

...of system for a min of 10 -11 hrs Zero job security they just read a script and lay off people Forget about appraisals arnd pay increament A d micromanagement is the essence of this org.

Salary hike is the only thing which i like. Its not best but good average among others in industry.

Work culture Zero process Flexible working from home not allowed Sapiance Zero growth and no new opportunities

it use to be transport but it feels like local train now a days due to cut short in number of buses.

No Work life balance, very slow promotion, promotion is based on tenurity and not on talent or performance,

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Salary as per average

There is a lot of politics and the salary is decent. Appraisals are not fair.

Work culture is good. Yes it depends on manager but still it's good here. Management is transparent. Apprisal even in pandemic shows how strong company backing is.

Dislikes

Salary is an industry standard for big companies so is here. All was good before the entry of Sapience which now tracks your every activity. You sometimes feel like being monitored every second. There was a big layoff in 2019 and it seems now this company has a hire and fire policy.
