...y I ever saw in my life, better join startup instead of joining to this company. Company terminated most of the employee giving one month salary and disabled access in 10 mins. Worked one and half none of the company will do like this.

Work life balance a d food is good, lot of cultural and fin activities. No training programs for skill development, Internal politics, No growth only work life balance and less work to do. For girls who want to setup their life and don't want to do much work and not interested in growth and self development can join. Fir boys i will suggest those who want carrier growth and skill development should not join for longer time else it will be hard to switch to any other company.

Dislikes

...mentioned above. No technical and self development. No training and learnings. Only fun and work life balance and less salary than market. Appraisal is upto 7 to 9peecent max, usually people get 7percent only.

If I get proper salary package then I will like.

1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

They doesn't cut QIP. Insurance policy is good. Good work life balance

Dislikes

Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.
