Financial growth of existing employees. Pay package and deaignation should be based on rolls and responsibilities so that real performers are encouraged. Currently it's based on years of experience.

The Job security is one of the reason, Work Culture is good. But management has to get some serious leadership qualities or drive and bring the huge business under Banking and Payment segment. Company policy is good, as its a Fintech Organization it has to bring some critical scanning under the system process and Analytical Data driven company.

...vironment. Job security is ok, till the time you do it under compliance policy. Salary growth is good. Travel is not a part of our team job. Politics is everywhere, its up to you how you smartly handle. Learning is the excellent option i have seen in this organization. The organization has a linkedin program driven intra website for the employees to upgrade themselves as per there specialization. Work environment is an excellent example within the FIS global. It has great working and social culture to develop internal connects.

It is very difficult to find one. The general complaint long timers like me have is salary not matched with market standards and can see ppl with mere experience joining fis with very very high CTCs.

It's up to each and every person, how he look at companies overall experience, for me it has been a great working culture and very important, time flexibility makes a great working culture which allows to balance your life. Lucky to be a part of FIS. Innovation has been the most important thing for each and every individual in FIS to be a part of NEW ERA. Many of our colleagues has re-join FIS and its great policy in FIS to re-hire.

Comparatively to other Financial banking companies, compensation is decent, but growth wise its ok. Work pressure is challenging for depending on every individual, how he or she handles the situations. Rest All is well!!!
